They must not submit false or misleading details, omit required information, or otherwise fail to meet the eligibility requirements. If any of these conditions are violated, we reserve the right to cancel or delete the applicant’s data.

Our Service

We facilitate the online processing of visa and travel document applications. Our role includes informing applicants, collecting necessary details, and submitting their information to the relevant authorities. By using our services, you become our customer and agree to these terms. Our responsibility is limited to processing, managing, assisting, and supporting visa applications; final decisions rest solely with the issuing government authority.
Upon submission and acceptance of your application, we will notify you via email. Given the nature of the service, processing begins immediately. Visa applications are personalized services, and once submitted, a binding contract is established between you and us.
Our team assists with electronic visa applications for both foreign and national travelers. Our services include reviewing all provided information, translating details where necessary, assisting with form completion, verifying document accuracy, and performing grammar checks.
Government authorities may require additional documentation, which we will request from you as needed. You must provide these documents within the stipulated time. Failure to comply will result in application cancellation without a refund, as our company bears no responsibility for missing documentation on your part
We strive to provide clear and accurate information to help you obtain your visa on time. However, visa requirements may change, and we will notify you of any updates promptly. The final decision to issue a visa rests with the relevant authority, and we cannot guarantee approval. Our fees cover processing, management, and support but do not include visa issuance.

Refund policy

Once your request for a visa or travel document is approved, you will receive an email confirming the acceptance of your application. This confirmation establishes a legally binding agreement between both parties, officially making us your service provider and you our customer.
If government authorities reject your visa application, the amount paid to them will be fully refunded. However, our service fees for processing and handling your application are non-refundable under any circumstances, and no further refund requests will be considered.
If you wish to request a refund for an already accepted and processed application, please reach out to us. Each case will be reviewed individually to determine if reimbursement is possible. We aim to provide a response to refund requests within 72 hours.
Due to the urgent and customized nature of our service, we begin processing applications within 24 hours of submission. By proceeding with your request, you acknowledge and agree that, once processing has started, cancellations or withdrawals will not be possible

Fees

Our service fees include processing costs and government charges. If a courier service is required, the customer is responsible for the cost. Service fees are nonrefundable, as are payments made to the authorities on your behalf.
Our service fees range from €29 to €79, charged upon acceptance of your application. These fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If your visa application is denied by government authorities, we will refund the government fees but not our service fees.
Before payment, you will have the opportunity to review and correct any errors in your application. Once payment is made, you agree to these terms and take full responsibility for the transaction
By using our services, you accept these terms and assume administrative and financial responsibilities, including taxes, compliance risks, refund requests, and dispute resolution. Our payment processor ensures all transactions are encrypted and comply with legal regulations

Limitation of Liability

Visa issuance decisions are made by government authorities, which may request additional documentation or reject applications without explanation. As we do not issue visas, we cannot guarantee approval or processing timelines. We recommend applying well in advance and refraining from making travel arrangements until your visa is granted.
We are not liable for processing delays caused by government authorities, nor for any related costs incurred by the applicant. Our role is limited to submitting applications based on the details provided by the customer. Any errors or omissions in the information supplied are the applicant’s responsibility.
Customs or immigration authorities may deny entry to travelers even if they hold valid documents. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge this possibility.
Disputes arising from this agreement are governed by Spanish law, and by using our services, you agree to submit to its exclusive jurisdiction.
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party services, such as transportation or delivery companies. Any disputes with third parties must be resolved directly with them, as our responsibility is limited to processing and dispatching the requested documents.
This website complies with Royal Decree-Law 23/2018 of December 21 on the transposition of directives related to trademarks, rail transport, and package travel services.
